We don't all play nice with others, not all of the time. While UNIFIED programs are designed with community in mind, sometimes meeting your goals means just focusing on you. Whether you’re looking to tone up, lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, UNIFIED: ONE allows us to design an individually tailored program for quicker and more specific results.
This program is meant to accompany our daily group class programming. The benefit of being a U-train client is you’ll be getting additional programming specific to your needs.
We understand that you follow our general class and supplement programming. Our group class is great, It just doesn’t address your specific areas of opportunity that YOU want to work on. The class will get you stronger, faster and help you improve overall. What it won’t do is help you attack and work on your specific needs. This is where U-train comes in, to help you make your weaknesses your new strength, to help you get better in a specific are of fitness whether it be Pure Strength, Gymnastics, Barbell Cycling or maybe you're having a hard time getting into certain positions. U-train will provide you with a supplement program to work on the areas needed the most.
